What is a Fractional Leader?

Not every studio can afford to hire CxOs or 20+ year game dev veterans but would benefit greatly from having them. Fractional Leaders are CxOs, Heads of Marketing or PR, they are native English speakers who can help lead your projects to success but at a fraction of the cost.

How Is This Possible?

Our team divides their time up into efficient portions. We allocate their time based on the needs of each studio. Your studio might be in pre-production, which needs a lot less than a studio ramping up for release or your studio might already have a marketing person, which allows our team to focus on the best ways to help you (i.e. if you have a social media person, our team would provide guidance but not post or reply to comments etc as that is best handled by your team member - saving money)
