I handled the marketing the web3 game Phantom Galaxies, after the initial announcement with a cinematic trailer, building the discord community (100K+), Twitter (120K+) and Telegram, a successful first mint sale and an amazing turnout for the alpha playtests.

A strategy combining honesty, transparency and community participation. Coupled with strong content and influencer direction.

Phantom Galaxies was poised to be one of Animoca’s flagship brands. My marketing efforts brought tremendous interest and participation. At its height, we had this title performing well, the marketing management of the project was in-house. Post my involvement, the project declined with a less than 40% review at launch on Steam. Discord had also dropped to 54K.
